Biomass pellet fuel is a new type of fuel supported and promoted by the state. working principle:
The main components of a biomass fuel burner include an automatic control system, a high-temperature pyrolysis gasification combustion chamber, and a combustion nozzle.
The biomass fuel burner is simple and efficient, and its basic working principle is that biomass pellet fuel enters the high-temperature cracking and semi gasification combustion chamber through an automatic feeding system, while gasification agents (air and water vapor) are supplied from the lower part of the furnace. In the oxygen deficient state of the high-temperature cracking and gasification combustion chamber, high-temperature cracking reactions quickly occur to produce high-temperature gas. During this process, "sensible heat" and combustible components such as CO, H2, CH4, CnHm are generated, and the outlet temperature can reach 300-400 ℃; Directly enter the high-temperature combustion chamber with sufficient oxygen through the gas nozzle for complete combustion, releasing "latent heat".
